Stark Group is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support our back-office pre- and post-construction project tasks.

This role involves working with various stakeholders, including clients and contractors, to ensure project plan requirements are correctly documented.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $60,000-$80,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage land rights processes
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to obtain project information
  • Support handover meetings between technical solution team members and operational project managers
  • Update internal and industry databases
  • Manage mailbox queries and database updates within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Provide support in different areas of the department when needed
  • Participate in regular training activities to maintain and develop skills
  • Adhere to all Stark policies and procedures
