Job Summary:

About the Role:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £32,800, plus performance-based bonus and 25 days holiday + bank holidays. The successful candidate will also have access to a range of benefits, including training and development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of this role include supporting fee earners with digital dictation and in-office tasks, preparing documents, managing filing, handling mail and enclosures, coordinating copying tasks, scheduling appointments, and providing professional client support. You will also assist other secretaries as required, complete required training, and maintain confidentiality.

Person Specification:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have substantial previous legal secretarial experience, fast typing speed, and advanced IT skills. High accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, are essential qualities for this position. Additionally, you will need to be proactive, positive, and client-focused, with a commitment to the firm and legal work, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
