As an experienced administrative professional, you will provide seamless support to our clients' fee earners, ensuring they work at their highest efficiency.

 

Estimated Salary: £32,800 (based on location and industry standards)

Location: Epsom

 

We are seeking a skilled individual with fast typing speed and advanced IT skills to manage digital dictation, filing, and client support. The ideal candidate will have substantial previous legal secretarial experience and be committed to the firm and legal work.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support fee earners with digital dictation and in-office tasks
  2. Manage filing, including opening, closing, and retrieving client files according to office procedures
  3. Provide professional client support both in person and by phone
  4. Complete required training and take responsibility for self-development
  5. Fulfill various administrative tasks, such as filling out online forms

 

Person Specification:

  1. Fast typing speed and advanced IT skills
  2. Substantial previous legal secretarial experience (essential)
  3. Commitment to the firm and legal work
  4. Knowledge of legal practices
