Your responsibilities will include preparing and amending documents, audio typing, opening files, sending initial letters, and ensuring all documentation is accurately prepared and filed. You will also be responsible for providing clients with quotes, assisting with queries, handling telephone calls, preparing completed files for storage, and dealing with clients. Additionally, you will perform admin support tasks such as filing, photocopying, and other duties as required. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a professional approach to clients and colleagues, high level customer service skills, and effective communication skills. You will also require strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a team player attitude with attention to detail.
