About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Administration Professional to join our successful client in Epsom. As a key member of the team, you will provide seamless support to fee earners, helping them work at their highest efficiency. With a blend of responsibility and autonomy, you will use your initiative to handle key tasks and ensure smooth operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and positive individual with substantial previous legal secretarial experience to take on a new challenge and make a real impact on the team's success. The ideal candidate will have fast typing speed and advanced IT skills, as well as high accuracy and attention to detail. You will be able to meet deadlines, work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and collaborate in a team.

Main Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of this role include supporting fee earners with digital dictation and in-office tasks, preparing documents, managing filing, handling mail and enclosures, coordinating copying tasks, scheduling appointments, and providing professional client support. You will also assist other secretaries as required, complete required training, and maintain confidentiality.

Salary and Benefits:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £32,800, plus performance-based bonus and 25 days holiday + bank holidays. The successful candidate will also have access to a range of benefits, including training and development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have substantial previous legal secretarial experience, fast typing speed, and advanced IT skills. Additionally, you will need to be proactive, positive, and client-focused, with a commitment to the firm and legal work, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
