We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Girls' Netball Coach and Administrator to join our team at Epsom College. As Assistant Director of Netball Development, you will play a key role in creating a first-class programme of girls' netball.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Netball coaching and administration, with experience of working with young people. They will be responsible for implementing an all-inclusive netball coaching structure, including pre-season and the summer term.

You will also be expected to work with the Director of Netball to identify staff training needs and organise and deliver a programme of staff development. In addition, you will be responsible for producing regular reports for inclusion in the Epsom website, Ezine, The Link and the Epsomian.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. The post holder will be entitled to the statutory minimum holiday entitlement under the Working Time Regulations, which will be taken during school holidays.
