Store Director

About the Job

As a Store Director at Boots, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our optical stores. Your key responsibilities will include driving local plans for Enhanced Services, interpreting data and insights to maximize business results, and developing great talent within your team.

You will be a proven leader with the ability to build and manage a team remotely, motivate individuals and groups, and have a talent for getting the best from your people. A commercial leader with a sound understanding of operational processes in stores, you will be able to manage a budget and control costs while being an organized and planned individual able to effectively deploy resource across the cluster.

About You

You will be a resilient and able leader who can lead through change, think tactically and strategically, and work collaboratively but also independently and without supervision. You will have the ability to work with Boots Hearingcare, Boots UK, and local NHS teams, supporting the interests of colleagues, customers, and the business.
