Site Development Manager

Russell Taylor Group Ltd, a leading groundworks company in South East England and Home Counties, seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead its mid-size development sites.
This is a full-time opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee all aspects of construction development, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Motivate Foremen to efficiently manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring high-quality results.
- Health & Safety: Assist in implementing SHEQ procedures, guaranteeing compliance and quality standards.
- Dedication: Deliver projects within agreed timelines, upholding the highest work standards.
- Growth: Drive business and site worker growth through continuous improvement and professional development.
- A proven track record in construction management, preferably in groundworks or a related field.
- The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and travel as required.
- An up-to-date CSCS Card.
- A current First Aid Certificate.
- An SMSTS Qualification.
We offer a competitive estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We also provide additional benefits that reflect our commitment to employee satisfaction and success.
