Customer Service Operations Coordinator

A successful entertainment business seeks an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer emails and phone calls, resolving issues efficiently.
- Follow complaints procedures and log all correspondence.
- Liaise with suppliers and couriers to assist with customer requests.
- Provide troubleshooting advice and arrange spare part deliveries.
- Log customers requiring on-site engineer visits.
- Handle returns, working closely with suppliers and shipping companies.
- Liaise with Engineers and schedule installations.
- Generate reports for management.
- Implement systems and procedures.
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews.
- Work on a ticketing system.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' customer service experience with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Problem-solving and scheduling experience.
- A technical mind is an advantage.
- Able to multitask and prioritise.
- Calmly and effectively deal with customers, resolving issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Good computer literacy, with systems used being computer-based and many products having computer systems driving them.
