Legal Secretary - Residential Conveyancing

Our leading client is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Legal Secretary to support their growing team in a permanent, full-time role.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around £25,000-£30,000, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Legal Secretary and excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently audio type, prepare, and amend draft documents to support the conveyancing process.
  2. Open files, send initial letters, and ensure all documentation is accurately prepared and filed.
  3. Provide clients with quotes, assist with queries, and handle telephone calls.
  4. Prepare completed files for storage in compliance with firm protocols.
  5. Liaise with the Accounts department to obtain cheques, printouts, and other necessary documents.
