Job Title: Audio Transcription Clerk for Conveyancing Firm

Credit goes to Carlton Recruitment for offering this fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced Audio Transcription Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in audio typing and will be trained in all aspects of Legal Conveyancing.

The salary for this position is expected to be around £24,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on the candidate's skills and qualifications.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Efficiently audio type, prepare, and amend draft documents to support the conveyancing process.
  • Provide clients with quotes, assist with queries, and handle telephone calls.
  • Deal with clients both in person and over the phone, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Liaise with the Accounts department to obtain cheques, printouts, and other necessary documents.
  • Provide reception cover during periods of holiday and sickness, ensuring continuous service availability.
