Audio Transcription Clerk for Conveyancing Firm

The salary for this position is expected to be around £24,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on the candidate's skills and qualifications.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Efficiently audio type, prepare, and amend draft documents to support the conveyancing process.
- Provide clients with quotes, assist with queries, and handle telephone calls.
- Deal with clients both in person and over the phone, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Liaise with the Accounts department to obtain cheques, printouts, and other necessary documents.
- Provide reception cover during periods of holiday and sickness, ensuring continuous service availability.
