About the Role:

As a Camp Manager / Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our award-winning multi-activity day camp during the school holidays. You will work as part of our management team, overseeing the camp and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our young guests.

About You:

We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a childcare setting and managing a small team. You should be able to demonstrate a passion for working with children, possess bags of energy and enthusiasm, and have a high level of safeguarding awareness. A level 3 childcare qualification or PGCE is desirable, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the camp and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our young guests
• Work as part of our management team, leading and managing a small team
• Ensure high standards of childcare and customer service are maintained
• Communicate effectively with parents, area managers, and call centres
• Maintain a high level of safeguarding awareness and follow our child protection policies

What to Expect:

As a Camp Manager / Deputy Manager, you can expect to earn between £13.45 - £17.93 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including 50% off Camp Holidays, 20% off for your family and friends, and access to Wagestream. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide two professional references.
