The National Bereavement Alliance provides a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share a passion for supporting individuals and families through difficult times. As a Therapist for Loss and Trauma, you will play a critical role in delivering holistic support services, empowering clients to navigate their grief journey.

About the Position

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to utilise your clinical skills and experience working with complex client populations. You will be responsible for developing and delivering bespoke support plans, as well as collaborating with colleagues to inform service development.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver individualised support plans for clients
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops
  • Contribute to the development of new programmes and services
Requirements

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A postgraduate qualification in counselling, psychotherapy, or a related field
  • Substantial experience working with loss and trauma populations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £29,582 - £31,580 (full-time equivalent), plus NEST pension contributions and 35 days annual leave (pro rata including statutory bank holidays).
