Norton Housing and Support is a dynamic organisation dedicated to empowering individuals through person-centred and trauma-informed support. Our mission is to create a safe and inclusive environment where people can thrive.
We are seeking an experienced Charity Partnerships Coordinator to join our team on a 24-hour per week basis. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with our new Business Plan. Your primary focus will be on cultivating relationships with potential funders and stakeholders, preparing compelling funding proposals, and coordinating events to drive positive interest and advocacy for the charity.
The salary for this role is £21,216 per annum (£33,150 FTE), offering a competitive package that includes generous annual leave allowance, health plan, pension scheme, and mileage reimbursement. You will also have access to a Blue Light Card and enjoy sociable working patterns with no weekend or bank holiday working.
As a representative of Norton Housing and Support, you will embody our values of empathy, respect, and inclusivity, fostering strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and promoting our brand through impactful communications. With your expertise in stakeholder engagement, public relations, and branding, you will lead the development and implementation of an external stakeholder engagement strategy and represent the organisation at conferences and events.
We aim to create a workforce that reflects the community we serve, embracing equal opportunities in employment and service delivery. We encourage applications from underrepresented groups, particularly members of our black and minority ethnic communities.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, creativity, and strategic thinking, with the ability to balance hands-on execution with high-level ideation. Your passion for improving lives, understanding mental health support, and commitment to our organisation's growth, goals, and values are essential qualities for this position.
