Sales and Partnerships Director

You will be part of a well-established organisation with a strong SME business customer base across the UK, expanding to larger-scale businesses in the near future. We have developed state-of-the-art platforms to offer a convenient and streamlined solution to energy management, and have built a strong reputation for our honest and customer-centric approach.
We are seeking a motivated individual with proven expertise in energy sales, with experience from supplier and/or brokerage environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate strong relationships, be self-motivated and proactive.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement development strategies
- Source new clients and TPIs, promoting the company at events, visits etc
- Manage client relationships - for renewals, acquisitions and services
- Proven expertise in energy sales, with experience from supplier and/or brokerage environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate strong relationships
- Self-motivated and proactive
£30,000 - £45,000 + Career Development + Sick Pay + Regular Salary Reviews + Long Service Recognition + 28 days holiday
