Customer Support Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Scheduler to join our team at Arcus Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end work order complaint/escalation journey, ensuring it is resolved within agreed SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights to improve support processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
