Customer Service Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to ensure coordination with customers and installers during installations.
- Receive phone calls from customers and respond to general enquiries and complaints in a caring and empathetic manner.
- Liaise with Project Managers to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Work towards and achieve targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your region.
- Log service calls and issues accurately in our CRM system.
- Ensure remedials are completed to customer satisfaction before signing jobs off.
- Accurately update systems and reports to ensure seamless communication with our team.
- Monitor and track the status of all installs to ensure timely completion.
- Execute all elements of the installation process to provide an extraordinary customer experience.
- Be the point of contact for any issues arising during installations in the cluster region.
- Undertake the collection of monies from customers related to installations in the cluster region.
- Support the team to ensure any outstanding works are completed within a reasonable time-period.
- Check and submit invoice paperwork to ensure on-time payments are made.
- Support in the complaints process to ensure complaints are handled quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and engagement skills with a caring and empathetic approach.
- Customer service experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
- Experience of Microsoft packages and Outlook.
- Experience of dealing with customer complaints.
What We Offer:
A basic salary of £24,000, with a bonus based on performance and customer feedback. A 9-5pm Monday to Friday working pattern with free parking.
