Customer Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at Arcus Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and responding to customer inquiries via phone and other communication channels
  • Creating and managing Work Orders to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Collaborating with our engineering team to resolve customer problems
  • Providing regular updates to customers on the status of their issues

You will have a confident phone manner, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike. You will also have a strong ability to learn and retain information quickly, as you will be working with multiple systems and processes.

We offer a competitive salary, plus night shift allowance, as well as a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, a discretionary bonus scheme, and a group personal pension scheme.
