Dedicated Customer Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Planner/Scheduler to join our team at our Redditch site.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple inboxes, responding to queries promptly and working closely with our Helpdesk and Planning teams.
Key responsibilities include producing Management Information reports, capturing data and reporting faults from minor incidents to serious issues such as fire or hot water problems.
This role requires exceptional time management, organisational and prioritisation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, who is driven, likes resolving complex queries and has good Excel skills.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, and receive support from colleagues to achieve success.
