Customer Partnerships Executive

We're seeking an accomplished leader to head our customer relationships team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be based in either Kings Lynn or Holmes Chapel, with flexibility to be based within a commutable distance of either location. Target Salary: £83,000.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, with expertise in managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the customer relationships team, driving a customer-centric approach
- Manage key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
