Pediatric Nurse

Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Nurse to join their dedicated team. As a Nurse Specialist in Children's Palliative Care, you will work alongside the clinical team to provide exceptional care to children with life-limiting conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with patients and families in care planning to ensure personalized and holistic care.
- Deliver high-quality short break, palliative, and end-of-life care to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Adhere to local and national care policies, ensuring compliance and excellence in patient care.

Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you must be a registered nurse with relevant experience in pediatric care. Proficiency in palliative care is beneficial, but specialized training will be provided.
