Role Responsibilities:
As a Pediatric Nurse at Rainbows, you will collaborate with the clinical team to provide care for children with life-limiting conditions. Your duties will include assessing, planning, and executing nursing care while ensuring adherence to all hospice protocols.
Key Duties Include:
- Working closely with patients and their families in care planning.
- Providing quality short break, palliative, and end-of-life care.

Qualifications:
