Rainbows is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Associate to join our Hospice at Home team. As a Palliative Care Specialist, you will provide clinical care to babies, children, and young people with life-threatening or life-limiting conditions within their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and provide specific, planned day-to-day care to patients according to their level of need during Hospice at Home sessions.
- Work collaboratively with the Rainbows Hospice at Home team to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in pediatric palliative care.
- Registered Nursing Associate with current NMC registration.
- Post-registration experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in pediatric care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
