Nurse Associate – Ventilation Care Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Associate to join our Long-Term Ventilation Team at Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to children and young people with complex needs, including those who require long-term ventilation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care of children and young people with long-term ventilation needs.
- You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care that meets the unique needs of each child and young person.
- As a dedicated team member, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in long-term ventilation care, as well as participate in training and development opportunities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Nurse Associate with a degree in nursing and at least one year of post-registration experience in a relevant setting. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
