About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse or Physiotherapist to join our Clinical Education Team as a Clinical Skills Facilitator. This exciting opportunity will focus on Ventilation and Respiratory Support, where you will facilitate and deliver training to our Care Team on complex respiratory support and invasive ventilation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and education on respiratory support and ventilation skills to our Care Team.
  • Develop and maintain relevant education and training agendas/resources.
  • Work closely with our Clinical Education Team to ensure the development and maintenance of our nursing staff and HCA's knowledge, skills, and competence.

Requirements

It is essential for this role that you are a registered Nurse or qualified Physiotherapist with experience of complex respiratory support and invasive ventilation skills, working with children who have complex needs. You will have managerial, organisational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members within their clinical skills development and education.
