About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse or Physiotherapist to join our Clinical Education Team as a Clinical Skills Facilitator. This exciting opportunity will focus on Ventilation and Respiratory Support, where you will facilitate and deliver training to our Care Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training on complex respiratory support and invasive ventilation skills to our Care Team.
  • Facilitate the development of staff members within their clinical skills development and education.
  • Work closely with our Clinical Education Team to ensure the highest level of knowledge, skills, and competence required is developed and maintained.

Requirements

It is essential for this role that you are a registered Nurse or qualified Physiotherapist with experience of complex respiratory support and invasive ventilation skills, working with children who have complex needs. You will have managerial, organisational, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members within their clinical skills development and education.
