Clinical Skills Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Skills Facilitator to join our clinical education team at Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People. As a Clinical Skills Facilitator, you will play a vital role in providing development opportunities to our clinical staff, focusing on ventilation and respiratory support.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and deliver training on clinical skills to the Care Team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and competencies to provide high-quality care to our patients.
- Provide support and guidance to the Care Team in building their confidence and competencies in ventilation and respiratory support.
- Develop and implement relevant education and training agendas and resources to support the Care Team's professional development.
- Collaborate with the clinical education team to ensure that all clinical staff have access to the training and development opportunities they need to provide excellent care.
- Registered Nurse or qualified Physiotherapist with experience of complex respiratory support and invasive ventilation skills.
- Managerial, organisational, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff members within their clinical skills development and education.
- Experience of working with children who have complex needs and assessing complex symptoms.
