Nursing Associate

Rainbows is seeking a skilled Nursing Associate to join our Hospice at Home team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality clinical care to babies, children, and young people with life-threatening or life-limiting conditions in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and provide specific, planned day-to-day care to babies, children, and young people according to their level of need during Hospice at Home sessions.
- Work collaboratively with the Rainbows Hospice at Home team to provide comprehensive care and support to families.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in pediatric palliative care.
- Registered Nursing Associate with current NMC registration.
- Post-registration experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in pediatric care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
