Nurse Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Associate to join our Long-Term Ventilation and Step-Down Team at Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to children and young people with complex needs, including those requiring long-term ventilation.
Key Responsibilities- Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, manage the care of children and young people with complex needs, including those requiring long-term ventilation.
- Work collaboratively with families to empower them in all aspects of their child's care.
- Participate in the assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care of children and young people in partnership with them and their families.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Nurse Associate with a degree in Nursing Associate Studies and at least one year of post-registration experience in a relevant setting. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver patient-centered care. Experience working with children and young people with complex needs is desirable, but not essential.
