Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People is seeking a compassionate and qualified Pediatric Nurse Specialist to join their dedicated team.
The Pediatric Nurse Specialist will work alongside the clinical team to provide exceptional care to children with life-limiting conditions. Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care, as well as ensuring compliance with all hospice policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with patients and families in care planning.
- Deliver quality short break, palliative, and end of life care.
- Adhere to local and national care policies.
- Refer to the detailed Job Description for additional duties.
Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you must be a registered nurse with relevant experience in pediatric care. Proficiency in palliative care is beneficial, but specialized training will be provided.
