Food Safety Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hygiene Manager to join our team at MorePeople. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
As a Hygiene Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of hygiene professionals to ensure that all areas of the facility meet our strict hygiene standards. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining our hygiene procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a food manufacturing or fresh produce processing environment, with a strong understanding of food safety requirements and the ability to adhere to safe working procedures. You will also be able to communicate effectively and efficiently, with the ability to train, lead, and mentor team members.
We are looking for someone who is COSHH and FLT trained, HACCP level 2, and First Aid trained. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
The Ideal Candidate- Minimum 3 years' experience in a food manufacturing or fresh produce processing environment
