Food Safety Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hygiene Manager to join our team at MorePeople. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
As Hygiene Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of hygiene professionals to ensure that all areas of the facility meet our strict hygiene standards. This includes ensuring that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and that all staff are trained in safe working procedures.
You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining our HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) program, ensuring that all food safety requirements are met and that our facility remains compliant with all relevant regulations.
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a strong background in food safety and hygiene. You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a food manufacturing or fresh produce processing environment, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
You will be a strong communicator and team leader, able to train and mentor staff to ensure that our hygiene standards are met. You will also be COSHH and FLT trained, HACCP level 2, and First Aid trained.
