About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hygiene Manager to join our team at Morepeople 01780. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Lead and train a team of hygiene specialists to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and address any hygiene-related issues
  • Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and sanitized
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hygiene standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a food manufacturing or fresh produce processing environment
  • Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and protocols
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • COSHH and FLT trained, HACCP level 2, and First Aid trained
