Pet Care Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Pet Care Coordinator to join our team at Runnymede Hill Veterinary Hospital in Egham, South East. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide support to our veterinary staff while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.

Key responsibilities include greeting clients and their pets upon arrival, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, maintaining patient records, processing payments, and assisting veterinary staff with administrative tasks. A strong organizational skillset, excellent verbal communication skills, and proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping are essential for this role.

As a permanent part-time position, you will work Monday to Friday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm and every other Saturday from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Our hospital offers excellent facilities, including on-site blood testing, radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, and surgical theatres. We have a competitive salary package, including an estimated £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes 6.6 weeks annual leave (FTE), additional birthday leave, enhanced family-friendly policies, and learning and development opportunities via the IVC Evidensia Academy.
