About the Role
Veterinary Receptionist needed for part-time position in a busy animal care practice. Competitive salary £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets, managing administrative tasks efficiently. Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care environment is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask are crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and pets upon arrival
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries
- Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organised
