">The Role
">This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Field Care Supervisor where you will play an important role in supporting our clients living in their own homes. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to them, understanding their needs and responding promptly to any requests or concerns they may have.
">Key Responsibilities:

- To proactively work with our clients to ensure they receive the highest quality of care.">
- To fully understand the client's needs and requirements and respond to them in a timely and professional manner.">
- To deal with any requests for an increase in care, compliments, and complaints, and keep QAs/SRs up-to-date for clients within your geographical area.">
- To ensure all paperwork is accurate, and People Planner is up-to-date and accurately reflected.">
- To start care provision with new clients as required, which includes assisting with Care Planning, inputting information into People Planner, scheduling the first calls with clients, and introducing and supporting new Care Professionals during this process.">
- To liaise with client families and partner with fellow office team members to ensure effective communication channels and highest customer service standards are met.">
- To ensure the care provided is fully compliant with CQC and Home Instead Senior Care policies and regulations, evidenced in Care planning and documentation used on People Planner.">
- To answer each incoming call in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.">
- To respond to client enquiries in a professional manner and arrange client consultations for those clients within your geographical area, then liaise with the scheduling team to provide the requested care.">
- To actively participate in all Care Professional meetings - setting up meeting room, preparing necessary paperwork, organizing sign-in sheets, participating in presentations, and tidying away after the meeting.">
- To provide care to clients as needed or requested by schedulers.">
- To take part in the on-call rota at least one night weekly and one weekend monthly to ensure adequate out-of-hours cover is provided.">
Requirements
">This role requires a kind and compassionate individual who resides in the UK and has the right to work in the UK. A full and clear UK driver's licence, reliable access to a fully insured car, prior care experience, and completed Care Certificate are essential. A minimum qualification level of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is also required.
">Benefits
">The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of £24K pa, plus £200 per weekend on call covered. The working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 17:00 pm, with one night per week on call and one weekend in four on call.
