">The Role
">As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing care delivery teams to ensure seamless support for our clients. Your primary objective will be to maintain the highest standard of care while collaborating closely with colleagues to achieve our goals.
">Key Responsibilities:

- To oversee the management of care delivery to ensure consistency and compliance with CQC and Home Instead policies.">
- To conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs to inform care plans and develop strategies for improving their well-being.">
- To collaborate with colleagues to resolve client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.">
- To coordinate training and development opportunities for care professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.">
- To review and update care plans regularly to reflect changes in clients' needs and preferences.">
- To lead by example, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with clients, family members, and care professionals.">
- To contribute to the creation of business strategies to drive growth and improvement across our care delivery teams.">
- To engage with local communities to raise awareness about our services and promote partnership working.">
- To contribute to the development of policies and procedures that underpin our care delivery model.">
Salary and Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus a premium of £200 per weekend on call. This generous package reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining talented individuals who share our values.
