Field Care Supervisor Lead

The Field Care Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive high-quality care in their own homes. This includes managing client relationships, coordinating care delivery, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities- To start care provision with new clients, including assisting with care planning and scheduling initial consultations.
- To liaise with clients' families and partner with office team members to provide effective communication channels.
- To ensure care delivery meets CQC and Home Instead policies and regulations.
- A minimum of two years' experience in care or a related field.
- An NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
- A valid UK driver's licence and access to a fully insured car.
