Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges. As a part-time Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and support to students aged 16-18.

Role Overview

This fixed-term position is expected to last until the end of the academic year and involves 10 teaching hours per week. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering a teaching program on Level 2 and 3 Health and Social Care curriculum
  • Assessing student progress and preparing progress reports
  • Maintaining student morale and discipline
Requirements

To be successful, you should have:

  • An appropriate degree in a relevant field
  • An endorsed teaching qualification or a willingness to work towards it
  • Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
  • Experience in teaching BTEC Health & Social Care and providing pastoral support
