Infant Care Team Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Infant Care Team Leader to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our nursery, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch care for babies in their nursery.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual with strong leadership abilities and a genuine passion for early childhood development.
To be successful, you should have:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- A proven track record in a Nursery Room Leader role or similar leadership position
- An in-depth understanding of child development and the ability to cater to each child's unique needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to stay up-to-date with the latest health and safety regulations and implement them effectively
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring, and supervising a team of nursery staff to deliver personalized care and attention to each baby
- Creating and executing developmentally appropriate activities and learning experiences tailored to the needs of babies
- Maintaining a safe, hygienic, and stimulating environment for babies to thrive
- Fostering strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's growth and milestones
- Contributing to the enhancement of the nursery's programs and curriculum through valuable insights and innovative ideas
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package that reflects your experience and qualifications.
