Early Years Leadership Position Available

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team as a Nursery Room Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursery staff and providing exceptional care for babies in their nursery.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual with strong leadership abilities and a genuine passion for early childhood development.

To be successful, you should have:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years
  • A proven track record in a Nursery Room Leader role or similar leadership position
  • An in-depth understanding of child development and the ability to cater to each child's unique needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to stay up-to-date with the latest health and safety regulations and implement them effectively

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and supervising a team of nursery staff to deliver personalized care and attention to each baby
  • Creating and executing developmentally appropriate activities and learning experiences tailored to the needs of babies
  • Maintaining a safe, hygienic, and stimulating environment for babies to thrive
  • Fostering strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's growth and milestones
  • Contributing to the enhancement of the nursery's programs and curriculum through valuable insights and innovative ideas

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package that reflects your experience and qualifications.
