We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced childcare professional to lead our dynamic team of Early Years Practitioners. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and at least 2 years' experience in childcare.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating the team, planning and executing engaging activities to support children's holistic development, and conducting observations and assessments to monitor progress.
