Industrial Project Manager

The Morgan Law team is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Project Manager for a Higher Education Institute in West London. As the ideal candidate, you will possess exceptional leadership skills and be able to work independently.
Reporting to the Director of HR, you will oversee 2 senior HR team members and lead a fundamental review of Statute 9 policies. Your role will involve dealing with unions, reviewing and rewriting policies, and serving as the escalation point for complex ER casework.
This position requires experience in the HE sector, with a focus on modern approaches to capability and grievance. You will also be expected to prioritize early dispute resolution, compromise, and mediation.
The estimated salary range for this role is £90,000-£100,000 per year, paid on a pro-rata basis for a minimum of 20 hours worked per week. If you are available with 1-2 weeks' notice, we encourage you to submit your up-to-date CV for consideration.
