We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Rivermede Court in Egham.

This exciting role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum (DOE), plus company benefits and full-time hours.

To be successful as a Deputy Manager at Cinnamon Care, you will need to be confident, compassionate, and experienced in a similar role. You will also need to possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the care home, including supervising staff, managing resources, and maintaining high standards of care and service delivery.
