We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of our office, ensuring smooth operations and supporting various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
    • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Plan and coordinate logistics, including delivery routes and import/export paperwork.
    • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with care and efficiency.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is desired, but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages and capable of learning new systems.
  • A positive attitude to work, with a customer-oriented mindset and a friendly, professional demeanour.
