We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of our office. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Offer product and service information to customers, processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Administrative Support:
- Plan and coordinate logistics, including delivery routes and import/export paperwork.
- Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, providing valuable insights and data analysis.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is desired, but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
