Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
    • Offer product and service information to customers, processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Plan and coordinate logistics, including delivery routes and import/export paperwork.
    • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, providing valuable insights and data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is desired, but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages and capable of learning new systems, with a positive attitude to work and a customer-oriented mindset.
