Executive Director

Lead our Joint Venture contract with A2Dominion, overseeing repairs, voids and planned works in 39,000 homes. Based in Ealing, covering a large area including the M4 corridor, Hampshire and London.
You will oversee at least 5 direct reports and a team of over 200 employees. Collaborate closely with the Service lead manager to deliver seamless coordination and efficient operation of all departments.
Responsibilities:- Deliver repairs, voids and planned works in 39,000 homes
- Align administrative and financial processes with operational goals and objectives
- Evaluate data to provide insights and recommendations for decision making
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
A competitive salary up to £80,000 per annum, plus car allowance.
