The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and be willing to learn and develop their skills and experience. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the learning and development of our students, including those with SEMH needs. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualised support and create a positive learning environment.

  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop individualised plans

  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to teachers
