  • Providing small group support to students with SEMH needs.
  • Supporting students in managing their behaviour and emotions.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create a positive learning environment.

Key Requirements

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs.
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to supporting students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education, child development, or a related field (desirable but not essential).

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
