About Your Role:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess customer needs and suitability before passing leads to the external sales team.
  • Strategy Planning: Develop monthly plans and present updates to the Internal Team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitors, market trends, and customer feedback.
